Craig has nearly 40 years of boatbuilding and timber furniture design experience, infusing a passion for beautiful craftsmanship across the broad range of projects that CMC Design undertakes – including architectural interiors, marine and vessel restoration, cabinetmaking, luxury home furniture, lighting and artwork pieces.

Craig takes great pride in the clever design and innovation his team brings to every project. 

Sian oversees every project we undertake, from initial discussions and briefing through to delivery. Sian ensures that every part of the project is running smoothly, on time and with full customer transparency and excellent communication.

With over 20 years in business management Sian has all the background knowledge to connect people, products and solutions.  Her artistic background adds a keen eye for design and finishes. 

Mark is our specialist CAD manager, who helps bring the drawings and sketches from clients and our design team to life.

A skilled technician Mark has a keen eye to ensure everything is precise, always.  Mark oversees cutting everything from simple profiles in sheet material to complex 3D Sculptures, each day different to the next.  

Kevin is a highly experienced and talented painter, finisher and fabricator who's skills and eye for quality takes our projects to the next level.

Kevin is entrusted with all our detailed work. His knowledge and wide range of skills built up over decades in diverse industry jobs are unparalleled. 

Corola is our go-to for all the accounts for the business, ensuring everything is running smoothly and efficiently.

We are very lucky to have Nick on the team. He is a master craftsman with immense experience in both traditional and modern woodworking, having run his own operation in Australia. His broad knowledge, skills and talent are invaluable in all of our projects.

Matyas is a talented CNC Machinist and designer who is adding extra skills to his repertoire with hands on experience in our workshops. Matyas' attention to detail and critical thinking brings another facet to our team.
